Our Programs
We work with other primary care offices throughout the area who refer
their patients to us. Our integrated primary care approach is unique
and works well as a continuum of care with other primary
care practices in the area.

Ideal Protein Method targets prevention of and solutions obesity, overweight and metabolic syndrome related diseases.
Patients can expect quick, healthy, long-lasting weight loss (2-5 lbs for women, 4-7 lbs for men per week) while maintaining muscle mass along with reduced cravings and better appetite control. In addition, patients can expect to see reduction of Syndrome (Metabolic) X risk factors such hypertension, bad cholesterol (LDL), Triglycerides, Blood sugar, Blood pressure, Acid reflux (GERD), C-reactive protein, inflammation; increases in good cholesterol (HDL) and significant improved insulin resistance. Science based ongoing nutritional education leading to healthy diets
To achieve sustainable changes in obesity and weight loss, patients need a highly structured program with weekly health coaching and ongoing science based nutrition education that will help them overcome the brain’s dependency upon excess sugars and carbs and further supported by familial and cultural dietary habits. Besides weekly encounters, patients receive daily video emails that help them understand the role that diet and nutrition plays in health, disease, lifecycle and aging. (see MyIP Dieter Video Handout)
