Michael Hendrickson, PhD, President/CEO, has thirty five years experience in academic medicine. As a senior research scientist and professor at USC, UCLA and UCSF, he taught physicians, nurses, allied and behavioral health professional particularly about care management of seniors with multiple chronic conditions. Additionally, he has served as CEO for several health care organizations including one of the largest geriatric health systems in the country.  He shares a passion with Dr. Issvoran to help people gain the necessary tools to improve their self care management capacities especially with prevention, health promotion and wellness programs that address underlying physiological issues that put people at risk for chronic conditions.

Gerard Issvoran, DO, Medical Director, is a native of Monterey and graduated from Pacific Grove High School. He earned his osteopathic medical degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed his residency in family medicine from a UC Davis affiliated program in Sacramento, CA. He has incorporated his osteopathic training as a vital part of his practice along with a strong philosophy in preventive medicine with core belief that the human body has the capacity to heal and sustain itself given the proper opportunities through diet, nutrition and exercise.  

Sandra Hendrickson, MSN, MA, GNP-BC, is a nurse practitioner with thirty years experience in geriatrics and working with people with chronic conditions.  Most recently, she has served as the coordinator for the geriatric assessment and continuity of care planning center at the Monterey VA Clinic.  She shares a passion for helping people to take charge of their own health care with lifestyle management and wellness tools. She has been a senior associate researcher and professor of nursing at several major universities.
